**Based in Sydney with flexible work options available**
**12 month fixed-term contract**

**The Opportunity**
We are looking for a Branding specialist who can independently plan, manage, execute and deliver activity for the Woolworths Group brand through the lens of the existing brand design system. You will also enable and support the wider business by ensuring that the brand is accessible and readily understood by our key stakeholders.

In addition, you will:

- Support the broader team to implement the Woolworths Group brand in adherence to guidelines and team promise.
- Be a proactive brand advocate with a high level of cross functional engagement ability.
- Proactively identify opportunities where the Woolworths Group brand can add strategic value to the business.
- Independently execute and produce key creative elements within specified team projects across Woolworths Group internal brands.
- Manage photography shoots, budget, casting of talent and briefings.
- Produce excellent agency briefs with key insights and business / brand objectives and manage the process to completion.
- Provide marketing support and brand guidance to the Culture & People and Internal Communications teams where necessary & appropriate.
- Confidently manage, nurture and build relationships with our agency partners and get the best from their expert involvement.

**About you**
Ideally, you will have previous brand experience within a large organisation and be able to demonstrate:

- Understanding of the importance of brand management
- Comms / campaign management
- Strategic thinking
- Cross-functional project management experience
- Knowledge of the employee lifecycle process (desired but not required)
- Creative excellence
- Financial best practice - budgeting, forecasting, reporting
- Agency management best practice
- Keen eye for detail
- Prioritising urgent versus important and confidently managing this balance
