**Job Description**:

As a Food and Beverage Attendant in our Cuvee Lounge Bar, you will have the perfect opportunity to touch the hearts of our guests by making their special occasions truly unforgettable.

Success in this role is the ability to learn quickly and the desire to provide phenomenal service to our guests whilst working well with others. A Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate, positive attitude, immaculate personal presentation and the ability to say “Bonjour” is a must.

**What you will be doing**:

- Providing superior F&B service to our guests in line with Sofitel Luxury Brand Standards
- Creating and delivering signature cocktails and a variety of other beverages
- Clear and reset tables as well as ensuring service areas are clean and tidy
- Maintain standards of hygiene for food handling and presentation
- Promote a strong Heartist culture and a team focused on creating unforgettable guest experiences.

**Qualifications**:
**What we want from you**:

- Friendly, outgoing personality and a high standard of personal presentation aligning with our brand standard
- Proven experience working in a bar or lounge environment and hold wine, spirits and cocktail knowledge
- Ability to work efficiently, independently and also in a team with minimum supervision
- Ability to anticipate and focus attention on guest needs, being professional and welcoming
- Responsible Service of Alcohol qualification is a must.
