Hyatt Regency Brisbane opened 1 February 2021, in the iconic Queen Street Mall in Brisbane, and is home to 292 guestrooms, two food and beverage outlets; Lennons Restaurant & Bar and Hibiscus Room, a stunning outdoor 20-metre infinity pool, and 100sqm of meeting room space in the Executive Studios.

We are currently recruiting for a Part-time Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team. This role will be reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager.

Your role will include: 

Ensuring that our guests are offered the highest level of personalized service at all times Problem solve any guest complaints and escalate where required To provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times To perform opening and closing procedures established for the outlet you are rostered in To have a thorough understanding and knowledge of all Food and Beverage related services and products and, to have the ability to recommend Food & Beverage combinations, to upsell and cross-sell.

Role Requirements:

Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate or the ability to obtain one within 30 days of commencement High level of communication skills High level of grooming and personal presentation  Previous customer service experience  Previous Food & Beverage experience is highly regarded Previous experience with Micros is highly regarded
