About the Role

We are seeking Food and Beverage champions to join our outlets on a casual basis. As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you will provide 5-star customer service to our guests, working closely with Food and Beverage Supervisors to ensure an exceptional restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Attend to all guest needs in a polite and cheerful manner.
  • Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant guests.
  • Work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver food and drinks efficiently.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Food & Beverage/Bar attending in a 5-star hotel environment.
  • Be organized, have an eye for detail, and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to build strong customer relationships.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous experience in bartending is desirable, and a RSA Certificate and Food Safety Handling Certificate are mandatory.
  • Must have legal rights to work in Australia.
