The role will build on the reputation of UNSW as a leading university for entrepreneurship in line with the University’s 2025 Strategy and you will have the opportunity to create positive impact for many different UNSW stakeholders.

**The Organisation**:
UNSW Founders is Australia’s most comprehensive university entrepreneurship program. Founders is dedicated to helping UNSW students, staff, researchers and alumni turn their ideas and research into successful startups through programs that build founders capability, mindset and networks. UNSW Founders programs range from foundational skills through to capital raising and connecting entrepreneurs to the local and international innovation ecosystems.

**Who you are**:
You will bring your background in project management and/ or event delivery, as well as:

- Excellent knowledge of design thinking and entrepreneurship methodologies
- Standout online and in-person facilitator abilities, you’ll have high-level interpersonal skills to communicate effectively and easily with a broad range of people.
- Your ability to design, deliver and execute academic courses and extracurricular programs with a proactive approach to enhancing content and delivery.
- With significant autonomy to design and deliver unique interactions, you’ll be a strategic thinker invested in new ideas and innovations and have the ability to devise programs around the Founders’ needs.
- Running multiple programs, you’ll be highly organised, a problem solver with proven experience managing multiple workflows and deadlines
