The Founders Program helps all UNSW staff, students and alumni to build the capability, mindset and networks they need to create a positive impact through entrepreneurship. We do this by delivering foundational entrepreneurship experiences, educating founders with knowledge on how to design and execute successful business models, and connecting entrepreneurs to the local and international innovation ecosystems.

This role will deliver skill-building experiences that enable UNSW students to generate and explore their ideas, and build an inclusive community which sparks curiosity in entrepreneurship university-wide.

The impact of encouraging innovation has the potential to change the world. The legacy and support of great innovators has ensured that the Founders Program can support the ideas and spark innovation for the community of UNSW. The Program Coordinator - Curiosity is a part of the Curiosity team of the UNSW Founders Program.

**Responsibilities will include but not be limited to**:

- Support the planning, organisation and execution of events and workshops such as scheduling, room bookings, catering, and equipment needs for events and workshops
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to identify and recruit guest speakers, mentors, and sponsors for events.
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote events and workshops to students and the broader university community.
- Work closely with student organisations to promote the Founders program and engage with student entrepreneurs.
- Deliver foundational entrepreneurial skill building workshops for multiple stakeholders and experience levels.
- Help coordinate mentorship and networking opportunities for student entrepreneurs with industry professionals and alumni.

**Who You Are**:

- A relevant tertiary qualification and/or experience providing an equivalent level of knowledge gained through any combination education, training, and experience.
- Demonstrated experience in facilitating workshops and skill sharing, to a range of stakeholders
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure and manage tasks with competing deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholder expectations to achieve successful outcomes.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders, including faculty, staff, students, and external partners.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively with mínimal supervision, as well as working collaboratively in a team environment.
- Advanced level in using productivity software and platforms, such as Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and project management tools
