We aim to work with our parents to produce young people of faith and character. We are a Catholic Co-educational College in Tarneit, West of Melbourne with 1300 students.

Our College continues to grow and embraces the Berry Street Education Model as a key strategy in supporting the learning and wellbeing needs of our students. Thomas Carr College is also a leading provider of VCE offshore delivery and opportunities exist for international travel as part of a mentoring role that attracts the generous time and financial allowance.

**The Role**

The position of Performing Arts Leader is an important leadership position within the College in supporting the Principal and community to enact the mission and vision of the College. The prime responsibility of the Performing Arts Leader is to foster a strong culture of student engagement within the Performing Arts. This involves the College’s Ensemble and instrumental music programs; and supporting the Learning Area Leader of the Performing Arts in the delivery of the classroom teaching program.

**Salary**

In accordance with the Catholic Education Multi-Enterprise Agreement 2022 (CEMEA), the salary range for all teaching staff is $78,801 - $116,894 as per the Schedule of Salary.

Positions of Leadership are paid an additional POL allowance as listed in the Position Description.
