About the Role

The Mission Immersion Leader plays a pivotal role in supporting the Deputy Principal - Faith and Mission in driving the College's faith, mission, ministry, and social justice initiatives.

This position requires a strong understanding of Catholic education and a passion for fostering spiritual growth and development in students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in leading the College's faith and mission initiatives
  • Support the Deputy Principal - Faith and Mission in developing and implementing faith-based programs
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to integrate faith and mission into the curriculum
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local Catholic communities and organizations
  • Provide guidance and support to students in their spiritual development
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of Catholic education and its principles
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and students
  • Passion for fostering spiritual growth and development in students
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
