We strive to work with our parents to produce young people of faith and character. Our College is a Catholic Co-educational institution in Tarneit, West of Melbourne, serving 1300 students.

Thomas Carr College is also a leading provider of VCE offshore delivery, offering opportunities for international travel as part of a mentoring role that attracts a generous time and financial allowance.
The RoleThe Student Growth Leader plays a crucial part in promoting data-driven practice by supporting the development and implementation of the College's plan for analysing data for improved student outcomes. They work closely with the Director of Learning and Growth: Progression to analyse student data, identify trends, and areas for improvement. Based on these insights, they develop targeted strategies to enhance student outcomes. Additionally, they work closely with teachers to be data-informed.
This role requires a strong understanding of data analysis and its application in educational settings. The successful candidate will be able to interpret data, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance student outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Analyse student data to identify trends and areas for improvement

- Work closely with teachers to be data-informed
- Support the development and implementation of the College's plan for analysing data for improved student outcomes
In accordance with the Catholic Education Multi-Enterprise Agreement 2022 (CEMEA), the salary range for all teaching staff is $78,801 – $116,894 as per the Schedule of Salary. Positions of Leadership are paid an additional POL allowance as listed in the Position Description.
