The Student Growth Leader plays a pivotal role in driving student success at Thomas Carr College. This position is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance student outcomes, working closely with the Director of Learning and Growth: Progression to analyze data and identify areas for improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with teachers to ensure data-informed practice and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Develop targeted strategies to address trends and areas for improvement in student data.
- Work closely with the Director of Learning and Growth: Progression to analyze student data and inform decision-making.
- Support the development of a data-driven culture within the college.
