**About the role**:
This role combines LearnUpon LMS management and help desk customer support. You will be working closely with the online learning team and primary business stakeholders to organise and maintain the Training Need Analysis (TNA) process for internal HCA onboarding and refresher online modules. Also, there will be help-desk support for existing users and onboarding of new customers as and when required. The LMS Coordinator is responsible for publishing and maintaining online courses in the LMS, including assessment and associated support materials for the Healthcare Industry.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Support the LMS Manager and Head of Education in monitoring, updating, and maintaining Learning Management System content for ongoing compliance.
- Manage the Training Need Analysis (TNA) process for internal HCA onboarding and refresher online modules, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Create master courses and assessments in the LMS and ensure up-to-date content as directed.
- Investigate LMS functionalities and provide input for assessment and quiz creation to meet organizational needs.
- Analyse and interpret LMS data to identify trends, manage QA processes, and track improvement requests.
- Coordinate LMS training and support for administrators, managers, and users.
- Provide proactive support and troubleshooting for users, develop user guides, and collaborate on process improvements.
- Liaise with the LMS supplier, attend meetings, and assist Learning Designers in content development.
- Explore new online learning tools and industry trends to enhance offerings.
- Identify and maximize upselling opportunities with existing clients.
- Demonstrate a consultative approach with clients and stakeholders.

**To be considered**:

- Knowledge of the VET industry (desired).
- High level of interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to lead, organize, and work independently within a team.
- Attention to detail.
- Advanced computer and typing skills.
- Ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Experience in online content development and digital learning.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate Storyline, and Rise (desired).
- In-depth understanding of E-Learning (LMS) platforms.
- Working knowledge of LearnUpon LMS (desired)
- Customer service orientation.
