Part-time Administrative Assistant Migration Firm

Job Description:
**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Client Liaison:
Assist in gathering required documentation and information from clients.
Document Management:
Maintain organized and up-to-date client files.
Prepare, edit, and proofread various migration-related documents.
Case Administration:
Update and maintain the agency's case management system.
Legal Research:
Conduct legal research on immigration laws and regulations in Australia.
Stay informed about changes in migration policies.
Appointment Scheduling:
Coordinate appointments and meetings with clients.
Manage the migration agents' calendars.
Administrative Support:
Provide general administrative support to the migration team.
Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate records of correspondence and actions taken on each case.
Qualifications and Skills:
Previous experience as an administrative assistant, preferably in a migration agency or law firm.
Understanding of Australian migration laws and processes.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and case management software.
Attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
An understanding of ethical and confidential handling of client information.
Working Hours:
This is a part-time position, with flexible working hours to be discussed during the interview process.

**Salary**: $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 22 per week
