Granville, Australia Capital Group Real Estate Full time

Capital Group Real Estate is seeking a full time office Administration. We are seeking a friendly, outgoing, bubbly individual to work within our diverse team.

Your duties will include:

- Processing listing files
- CRM data entry
- Provide administration support to the Sales team
- Creating marketing Flyers, DL’s, Signboards, Brochures etc
- Diary management
- Liaising with photographers and contractors
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients
- Preparing contracts and other legal documents

**Requirements**:

- Strong administration skills with high attention to detail
- Be able to work in a pressured environment
- Team player and able to follow instructions and work unsupervised
- Previous experience in a real estate environment
- Friendly disposition
- Immaculate presentation
- Must have licence and own car

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Granville, NSW 2142: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Office administration: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person

Expected Start Date: 10/04/2024
