Capital Group Real Estate is seeking a full time office Administration. We are seeking a friendly, outgoing, bubbly individual to work within our diverse team.

Your duties will include:

  • Processing listing files
  • CRM data entry
  • Provide administration support to the Sales team
  • Creating marketing Flyers, DL's, Signboards, Brochures etc
  • Diary management
  • Liaising with photographers and contractors
  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients
  • Preparing contracts and other legal documents

Requirements:

  • Strong administration skills with high attention to detail
  • Be able to work in a pressured environment
  • Team player and able to follow instructions and work unsupervised
  • Previous experience in a real estate environment
  • Friendly disposition
  • Immaculate presentation
  • Must have licence and own car

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
From $50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

  • Granville, NSW 2142: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
