Program Support Officer

**The Opportunity**

Support our customers to realise their dream of home ownership You will be first point of contact for new enquiries to the shared equity scheme, and provide customer and administrative support throughout the process. Key duties include:

- Communicating information about the program through various channels
- Undertaking initial assessment of borrowing capacity
- Supporting matching of buyers to scheme partners
- Liaising with various stakeholders to achieve program outcomes
- Maintaining compliance with Australian Credit Licence requirements
- Customer after care, including compliance audits
- Supporting day to day running of program, including marketing and event assistance
- Maintaining CRM / data entry
- Regular reporting on program activities

This is a full time 12-month contract with opportunity for ongoing employment.

Immediate start is available.
- Experience in customer service
- Experience with admin/data entry
- Excellent communicator, comfortable interacting with clients and stakeholders from a range of backgrounds
- Tech savvy & proficient in the MS Office suite
- Efficient, highly organised multi-tasker
- Demonstrated ability to ‘think on your feet’ to solve problems
- Experience with a CRM highly regarded
- Experience within financial services or real estate industries highly regarded
- Cert IV in Financial Services advantageous
