**your opportunity**

Based at Milton and working with the Enterprise Project Management team, this role has responsibility for the coordination and administration needs of projects and programs to support efficient and effective delivery.
- Your role will include:

- create documentation to ensure projects and programs are delivered within agreed parameters
- organise program/project meetings with Boards, Steering Groups and project working groups and record and distribute minutes and actions and follow up on assigned actions
- prepare and distribute meeting materials
- track and report on project/program performance
- coordinate team communications and update and maintain digital pages
- provide financial management support

This position will be appointed on a 6 month maximum term basis, with the possibility of extension.

You will bring:

- passion, commitment and belief in young people
- minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- advanced experience and competence in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- effective time management and organisational skills
- strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to develop and maintain working relationships with a range of stakeholders
- experience compiling complex reports, providing minutes and developing presentations
