Based in our
Support Centre in Milton, you will be joining a friendly team of various departments that are all there to support the wider Lutheran Services organisation make a difference in the lives of many people, every day

About the Opportunity


Ultimately, this role will provide high-level administration and coordination support to both the Executive Lead - Corporate Services
and Executive Lead - People & Culture to ensure they can focus on what they do best.

Whilst this is the key objective, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Establish, manage and maintain strategic programs, project processes and deadlines
  • Produce high level, succinct and accurate reporting on all things Corporate Services and People and Culture
  • Facilitate, monitor and report on the activities of the organisation's Committees, with a key focus on ensuring proactive management of quality assurance and risk management issues, interdependencies, scope and key performance indicators to ensure the appropriate level of priority, visibility and escalation
  • Undertake Support Centre office management including overseeing reception services.

About you

Drawing on your previous experience working in a medium to large size enterprise, you are comfortable working your way around multi-layered governance and leadership structures.

You have honed your technical skills and your work shows a strong attention to detail, with a focus on confidentiality at all times.

You have been successful in "getting things done" because you build trusting, positive and professional relationships with all people in and engaging with, the business and its services with a focus on maintaining confidentiality.


You will enjoy the opportunity to consult, collaborate and nurture your networks with the executive leadership team, Support Centre staff, site-based managers, and Lutheran Church of Qld.
