Our client, located west of the CBD, has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administration Officer to join their team.

The successful applicant will have the opportunity to work alongside a supportive, close-knit team in a flexible and friendly environment.

**PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Daily payroll activities for weekly paid employees, including data entry of leave forms and entitlement payouts.- Setting up new employees in the payroll system.- Responding to weekly paid employee's queries regarding their pay.- To provide a range of accurate and timely financial and operational reports as requested by the Branch Manager.- Maintain the accuracy of the Licence Data Spreadsheet. Advise relevant managers when licences or driver medicals due.- Ensure routine monthly audits are completed and entered into the system, including first aid kits, licence audits and driver hours and rest break audits.- Inducting employees, contractors, and visitors to the Regency Park site.- Respond to and assist customers and stakeholders who come to the reception area.- Assist the Administration Manager with general office management, including but not limited to mail, stationery purchases, and consumables.- Ensure all activities undertaken in the Administration Office are compliant with company procedures and guidelines and meet audit requirements.- Dissemination of business requirements and general information to branch employees.- Processing of Insurance claims- Any other tasks as required by the Administration Manager.**SKILLS ESSENTIAL TO THE JOB**
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Microsoft Teams).- Well-versed in data entry, report compilation, and answering virtual correspondence.- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills- Sound knowledge of process development skills- Proficient in numeracy and literacy skills.- Demonstrated understanding of administrative procedures.- Be prepared to undertake training if required.**ESSENTIAL PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES**
