What your day will look like:

- As the key contact for claimants through the death and disability claims process, you will be tasked with the end-to-end claim’s lifecycle.
- Work closely with team members to achieve shared team objectives and best client outcomes.
- Perform tasks as required to ensure all client outcomes are achieved in a smooth and timely manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service skills to actively seek information and determine the claimant’s circumstances, needs and expectations.
- Commit to ongoing development of claims knowledge.
- Prepare and submit relevant distribution of benefits, claim staking letters and responses to objections.
- Assist Trustees with enquiries regarding Insurance claims and objections.
- Work with the external insurer to facilitate the assessment and administration of claims.
- Ensure ongoing document management and co-ordination with key stakeholders.
- Ensure a high level of service and work is completed within agreed service standards, with the claimant’s experience always kept at a high priority.
- **Strong knowledge** of the Superannuation industry and relevant legislation
- **Previous experience **in a similar role within Superannuation
