**The Opportunity**
A member of the HR Leadership Team and reporting to the Director Human Resources you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end recruitment activities across our manufacturing, retail and commercial functions. You will lead the talent acquisition team towards achieving the talent strategy through your experience as an effective people leader, enabling the team to succeed. Your exceptional stakeholder skills will see you to foster collaborative working relationships across the business and achieving workforce plans that align business objectives and talent strategy.

**Your Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and lead the talent acquisition strategy embedding best practice for the group as well as managing recruitment metrics and using these insights to continuously add value.
- Strategically source talent pipelines though initiatives such as Employer referral, Graduate Programs, University partnerships and the like.
- Drive internal service standards that identify continuous improvement, develop corrective action plans and make immediate adjustments to quickly respond to business needs.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, driving a culture of ownership
- Participate in global HR projects.
