The Role

GWG are currently partnering with an esteemed government entity looking to grow their communications capabilities. This role will sit within the Community Engagement division, supporting the senior communications leaders and diverse internal stakeholders with all community engagement activities and campaigns.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in planning and delivering targeted external communications and collateral.
- Prepare reports and metrics to track marketing and community engagement activities.
- Contribute to the development and review of community engagement strategies.
- Maintain promotional materials inventory, databases, and community engagement calendars.
- Conduct market research and analyse stakeholder trends to provide valuable insights.
- Support the development and implementation of communications deliverables with external agencies.
- Maintain stakeholder databases and collate data for analysis of engagement activities.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience
- Demonstrated experience in a coordinator role, preferably in communications or community engagement.
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media.
- Proficiency in data analytics software for research and reporting.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organisational skills.
- Self-starter with a strong goal/results orientation.
- Desire to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to strategic initiatives.
