Join a global travel industry organization specializing in luxury travel journeys across the globe. With an increasing recognition for the role IT will continue to play in their business, and the need for strong leadership to support their exciting plans, this role is seen as pivotal to future success.

**About the Role**

The role will play a key part of the team and be responsible for developing and coordinating a variety of internal communications and change activities, materials, and collateral for employees.

**Key Responsibilities**

In this fast-paced environment, you will produce high quality work and provide effective coordination and communication to stakeholders to ensure support and advice is accurate and timely. You’ll develop change management documentation and deliverables, including communication and training content, as well as produce engaging, audience focused content that aligns to project objectives and milestones.

You will also work with stakeholders to analyse and review impacts of change and associated communication, as well as managing and optimising communication channels to ensure that projects, initiatives, news, changes and updates are communicated effectively and in a timely manner.

**About you**

You have at least two years of experience behind your in the Change space and Change Management qualifications as well. You understand change methodologies like the back of your hand and have experience in facilitating workshops and training sessions.

You’re an enthusiastic go getter who has the ability to bring a team along a journey of change with you. Your written and verbal communication are phenomenal and bonus points for prior experience working in technical IT roles
