**WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING**
As the Employer Engagement Liaison, you will provide regulatory education, compliance resolution and information relating to the scheme and the legislation to ensure that Employers understand and are compliant with their ongoing legislative obligations.

You will:

- provide education and information relating to our legislation and scheme obligations to ensure compliance
- ensure employer feedback is utilised to inform a robust program of continuous improvement and regulatory education
- understand and analyse employer data, and the financial and organisational impacts of this information
- support the development, implementation and maintenance of employer education and compliance programs
- deliver effective and professional interactions with industry employers and their representatives, resolving enquiries, managing non-compliance escalations or resolution, and enabling referral within the business as required
- contribute to and support regular reporting for the Employer Engagement Team on employer compliance, emerging trends, and regulatory opportunities
- contribute to the development and achievement of the operational plan for the relevant functional area

**WHAT YOU'LL BRING**
To be successful in the role of Employer Engagement Liaison, you will have excellent people skills with the ability to negotiate and influence complex stakeholders to achieve organisational outcomes.

Your background will demonstrate your:

- extensive experience within a compliance, relationship management, finance or regulatory environment
- strong influencing and relationship management skills
- ability to engage and consult with a wide range of stakeholders in a confident and effective manner
- exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- exemplary problem-solving skills with the capacity to investigate and evaluate
- ability to present complex information and concepts in a concise manner.

You will have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce or Corporate Governance, or equivalent industry experience (highly regarded).
