**_About the Role:_**
- CEA require a hands-on, solutions focused Data Analytics Manager, who will bring a strong suite of skills across Data Analytics, Data Warehousing, Data Governance and Quality to work across a variety of projects. Leading the Data Analytics team you will be responsible for The team and accountable for data management and modelling, providing business intelligence to operational units, reporting on key metrics and trends and developing models to facilitate safeguarding. The team also provides regular, reliable and accurate data to senior leadership._

**_Key Accountabilities / Main focus_**
- _Confirm data requirements and create source to target system data mappings in support of data initiatives_
- _Conduct data profiling to determine accuracy and completeness of data_
- _Identify opportunities to optimise data management processes, including uplift of data quality, improve governance and enhance data for business consumption_
- _Assist with the establishment of data management standards which promote consistency and reliability of data practices_
- _Design, develop, maintain and improve data visualisations and reports using Power BI_
- _Data consolidations from multiple sources_
- _Prepare, deliver and update reports to support contractual obligations and the performance of our business to both internal and external customers in an efficient manner_
- _Perform data reconciliation/verification of reporting_
- _Architect and build core data models for business functions and automate corporate wide reports._
- _Train business on how to use reports and train power users (Business Data/reporting Analysts) on how to use the data models enable them to create function/team specific reports promptly._
- _Lead continuous improvement through innovation and implementation of best practice applicable to the business needs._
- _Ensures established work systems are in place and people are trained to achieve the standards required_
- _Strong stakeholder management and communication_
- _Support the operational day to day functions of the Data Analytics team with the use of data management artifacts, tools, processes and practices_

**_Experience required for success in the role_**
- _4+ years relevant experience in a similar data management role_
- _Strong understanding and practical experience in data quality, management and governance frameworks and methodologies_
- _Strong_ level of experience working as a Reporting Analyst_
- _Strong - Power BI, DAX, SQL skills._
- _Strong - UI design, Dashboards, workspace management_
- _Can perform complex calculations, data analysis, reconciliation, numerical and verbal reasoning_
- _Experience with Data Management and data mapping_
