Your career at NAB is about more than money, it's about serving our customers well and helping our communities prosper. We currently have an opportunity for a **Manager, Data Initiatives **to join the Customer Response Initiative (CRI) team, within the Wealth Remediation Program.

**What you will be doing**:

- Execution of CRI client identification processes and generation of artefacts
- Maintaining tools used in client identification and remediation process.
- Maintaining a regular audit and log of the steps followed to identify clients.
- Ongoing maintenance of the CRI client identification and remediation tool, supporting SQL server queries, stored procedures and outputs.
- Identification, escalation and mitigation of risks in the client identification process.
- Lead initiatives to refine CRI client identification processes and tool

**What you will bring**
- Advanced SQL query & MS Excel skills.
- Project/Scrum Management.
- Advanced analytical skills.
- Experience in Tableau report development
- Prior experience in client identification for a large-scale remediation program
- Ability to manage deliverables within tight timeframes
- Advanced level of problemsolving skills
- Data solution design
- Previous team leader experience
