**Sales and Administration Coordinator**

**PPG Industries**:
**AUS - Braeside Office**:
As a Sales and Administration Coordinator, you will provide efficient and effective administrative support to our Braeside team, whilst providing a friendly customer service focus at our Woodlands Drive reception desk. And report to Business Manager.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide effective and professional running of our Braeside office, including Reception/phone duties with a strong focus on customer service.
- Administrative tasks associated with supporting the business with reports, presentations
- Continuously improving our office procedures, communications, and support to ensure the highest level of service is provided to internal and external stakeholders.
- Travel arrangements: Assist team members with specific travel requirements as required
- Assist the training manager with the organization of training for PPG Staff, distributors

**Qualifications**
- Have experience in a similar role, including reception and ability to prepare professional presentations and documentation
- Advanced Word/Excel and high proficiency in various computer packages including desktop publishing and databases
- Sound written and verbal skills You can connect with our customers, the local team, externally based team and senior internal managers.
- A collaborative spirit and the desire to be a team-player
