Facilities Coordinator

An exciting opportunity for a part time facilities coordinator to join our company.
We are a full service provider for residential and commercial management services in Australia. We are looking for a facilities co-ordinator to work in our fast pace growing team. Working in the Western Area and Inner West of Sydney.
Your responsibilities would include but not limited to:
- Proactively ensure preventative maintenance work in the office is identified and managed effectively
- Procurement and maintenance of service contracts where required
- Answering and directing all incoming telephone calls and enquiries
- Responsibility for tracking compliance requirements and being effectively managed.
- Ad-hoc perform general office administrative tasks such as creation of word documents, spreadsheets, publications, and signage for the office
- Identify potential risks
- Chase and maintain defects
- Monitor the performance of contractors to ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Routine inspections and reporting
- Inspect grounds, facilities, and equipment routinely to determine the necessity of repairs, maintenance or cleaning
- Liaising with landlords and tenants
To be considered for this role you must:
- Excellent communication skills
- Motor Vehicle and drivers license
**Job Type**: Part-time
