About The Role
We have permanent part time positions available - 8:30am - 5:00 pm between Monday to Friday, with potential for evening clinic on Tuesdays. You will report to the Clerical Team Leader in Maternity Outpatients.
- Arrive and depart patients attending Women's Health Outpatients.
- Attend to patient's queries in person and over the phone.
- Liaise with the multidisciplinary team and other departments to facilitate the smooth running of clinic.
**About You**
- You have excellent computer, verbal and writing skills
- You are pro-active, organised and can work autonomously
- You have experience using iPM or similar software programs
**What You Need**
- You are a friendly, customer service driven individual
- You are proactive and can work autonomously.
- You possess excellent computer and telephone skills.
