About the role
Fixed term temporary full time opportunity to provide administrative and systems support in relation to confidential patient medical records within a hospital setting both digital and historical. Perform general duties related to the maintenance and care of patient medical records and the systems used to scan these files.
About you
- Manage all aspects of a Scanned Medical Record System including the use of KOFAX, ieMR power chart and other relevant databases and software.
- Provide 24/7 service (Shift work)
- Prioritise workload effectively and perform duties responsibly in the absence of supervision.
- Quality Management of electronic patient medical records ensuring the accuracy of images available on the ieMR.
