**Salary: $79,032.00 pa - $** **86,539.00 pa, plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading**
**Your role**
This role provides direct administrative and support services to the Director Central Access Unit and Director HCEA Strategy and Implementation.
**What you’ll do**
The Administration Officer role will:
- Provide administrative and support services, including records management, routine correspondence, meeting and event coordination, to support the Director Central Access Unit and Director HCEA Strategy and Implementation.
- Collate information and prepare documentation and correspondence to support information flow and inform decision making
- Respond to enquiries, and escalate and redirect issues as required
- Update and maintain records and databases, complying with administrative systems and processes, to ensure all information is accurate, stored correctly and accessible
The HCEA Strategy Unit is made up of multiple teams who work together to achieve a reduction of the number of children and young people in HCEAs and reduce the number of vacancies across the funded service system. This is a fast paced, high-volume unit where you will work with people who are passionate about achieving better outcomes for children and their families.
**What we’re looking for**
The successful applicant will have experience providing high-level administrative and clerical support, be able to work autonomously and complete work tasks to a high standard and within allocated timeframes.
