Job Overview
This role will see the successful candidate delivering AMAZING customer experience to every customer in our stores, building rapport with regular customers, and recognizing loyal customers to provide care and fashion consultation in a friendly manner.
The Sales Assistant will be flexible to work rotational weekend roster including late night trade and exposed to opportunities to work in a variety of different areas of the store such as on sales floor, front register to assist checkouts, fitting room assistance, and in-store reserves.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will love fashion, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, work well under pressure, and have a passion to succeed. You will need to be proactive, hands-on, and self-driven; thrive when provided with challenges and work well either in a team or autonomously.
Responsibilities
You will stay on top of stock levels, connect/consult with, and understand the customers to drive the store's sales results. You will also maintain other in-store visual merchandising and supporting duties.
Requirements
An individual flare who lives by fashion inspirations and trends. You will have an eye for fashion styling, desire to continuously exceed customers' expectations. Proven experience in retail (preferably fashion) is an advantage.
