As Digital Coordinator, you will work collaboratively with the Digital Platforms Manager (DPM) to; manage the briefing, development and management of the registration process for each of the Diversified event products, overseeing the use of Events Air across the business and ensure the company is using the system and its associated tools to its full potential.

As part of the wider Marketing & Digital function, this role also assists with analysing digital marketing performance and digital assets across the brand websites and other platforms.

**Description**:
Work day-to-day to support the efficient operation of the Digital Department, ensuring that the ecosystem and execution are the best representations of the business and brands across websites, registration platforms, and other digital products.

Assist in building registration pages for each event in Events Air, capturing all requirements including ticketing and pricing details, and ensuring registrations encompass all supplementary events and requirements.

Develop the structure of the event attendee app using Events Air tools for each event and liaise with the Events Air app publisher contact, ensuring readiness according to key timelines for the events.

Serve as the primary internal contact for all Events Air-related matters. Working to resolve related related queries or escalate as necessary.

Review and evaluate new and existing Events Air and other platform features, identifying potential enhancements to improve the exhibitor or visitor experience and outline steps for integration.

Collaborate with the digital, delivery and marketing teams to meet all digital checklist item deadlines in advance of event.

Navigate and utilise WordPress as well as WP plugins and themes.

Support the setup of regular reports for the marketing team to monitor registration progress.

Support the setup of regular reports to assist with insights of attendees at events.

Under supervision, analyse the performance of current digital marketing tools against set KPIs.

Ensure accuracy and brand compliance across all tasks and digital assets.

Engage regularly in training sessions and seek opportunities to stay updated on industry best practices.

Facilitate communication with Events Air stakeholders, ensuring a seamless transition between digital interactions and onsite experiences.

Collaborate in collecting data from various sources, ensuring its proper storage and accuracy.

Any other duties as directed by the DPM and / or Head of Marketing & Digital.

**Skills and Experiences**:
2+ years of digital experience.

A committed, self-driven, and resilient approach to work.

A customer-focused mindset with a robust approach to communication.

A passion for digital and innovation.

Understanding of Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and WordPress.

Experience with Events Air is beneficial, other ticketing and registration platforms also useful.

Salesforce/Pardot/Account Engagement experience is a bonus.

Attention to detail, with the ability to notice small issues and discrepancies, escalating as required.

An excellent understanding of the digital landscape, web analytics, SEO principles and front-end fundamentals.

Experience or understanding of trade events would be favourable.
