**Who we are**
The Governance Branch is responsible for managing the workflow between the department and the responsible portfolio ministers, as well as providing them with practical support arrangements. A key deliverable is to establish and maintain strong relationships between ministers and their offices, the senior executive and the broader department.

The Enterprise Risk Management Section is responsible for supporting the implementation of better practice governance and risk management in the department through the administration of the Enterprise Risk Management Framework and Policy. The Section also works with line areas on a variety of high-profile projects, programs and new policy proposals, and provides advice and support on Comcover insurance matters.

**The Jobs**
The main duties of the positions will include, but are not limited to:

- performing administrative tasks and activities, which could include managing a shared mailbox, setting up meetings, taking minutes, coordination tasks, responding to or directing requests and queries, information management and procurement activities
- working in a dynamic environment to agreed priorities and outcomes
- providing accurate and timely advice to internal stakeholders about the department’s enterprise risk management and/or Comcover insurance policies and procedures
- working collaboratively and build and sustain relationships with team members, stakeholders, and actively participate in teamwork and group activities
- progressing work to meet business objectives, recommend solutions for issues impacting on the achievement of desired outcomes and seek advice and guidance on more complex issues
- facilitating and participating in committees and forums to share information and build relationships.
