**Your new role**
Will be to provide a range of administration duties and support to various stakeholders, your daily tasks will include:
- Providing quality checking of documents and providing advice on any discrepancies
- Provide recommendations in relation to differing finding arrangements
- Create and send accurate documents along with filing in the appropriate places
- Process completed documents and release payments
- Provide executed documents to the appropriate internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain databases and reporting
- Work towards daily KPIs and overall team success
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous Administration experience working within a fast paced environment
- The ability to grasp government processes, policies and legislation requirements
- The ability to make evidence based decisions
- High attention to detail in particular to correct or identify errors
- Strong communication skills
**What you'll get in return**
A temporary administration of approximately 5 months, training and onboarding on site and a modern CBD office to work from. Along with this a competitive hourly rate of $45 per hour plus super.
