With multiple service departments we require a full time **Warranty Manager** to assist in the managing and processing of vehicle warranty claims with our business partners on behalf of our clients.

You may already have extensive knowledge of the workings of the modern car and are wanting to ‘come off the tools’ or you could be an enthusiast and a quick learner. This role requires and eye for detail some technical skills and an unrelenting desire in getting positive outcomes for each potential warranty claim.

**About the role.**

As a Warranty Manager you are a key member of the service and parts team, your role is to ensure that all warranty claims are processed in a timely manner within accordance of the manufacturer’s guidelines.

To communicate with service and parts staff to ensure that all the relevant information is available before a claim for warranty is lodged with any of the manufacturers. To follow the processes laid down by manufacturers ensure a seamless process that delivers real results for our loyal clients.

To excel in this role, you need a combination of good administrative skills, attention to detail have great time management skills and the confidence to communicate with a wide range of people.

Specifically, the job involves
- Processing warranty claims with all the relevant information to expedite any claim
- Working hand in hand with service and parts staff to establish the extent of work required and what is covered by warranty
- Prepare claims in the necessary format and uploading claims into the manufacturer’s portal for assessment.
- Communicating with manufacturer representatives to explain the work involved, gain their approval to proceed and provide regular updates on the progress back to the service staff.
- Dealing with Service Warranty Claims
- Working through paperwork to ensure we are complying with Manufacturer Procedures
- Working closely with the Service Manager and the Workshop Foreman to ensure all jobs are completed in a timely manner
- Tagging and storing warranty parts for future audit requirements

Remuneration package - Negotiable Salary package + monthly performance bonus. (Commensurate with experience and KPI measurements)

Hours of work - 8.00am to 4.30pm with a standard hour lunch break.
