We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join our team as **Product Manager - Application and Integration**. The Product Manager - Application and Integration is responsible for overseeing all custom development serving the business domains of aircraft maintenance and corporate technology.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across the business domains to understand their current and future custom development needs, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain a development roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on business impact, value, feasibility, and resources.
- Identify and evaluate custom development solutions and vendors to meet the needs of the airline, considering factors such as cost, functionality, scalability, and integration with existing systems.
- Act as the primary point of contact for custom development projects, working closely with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the desired quality standards.
- Monitor and report on the performance of custom solutions, including tracking key metrics such as user adoption, system uptime, and customer satisfaction. Conduct user testing and gather feedback to inform future improvements.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in custom development, and look for opportunities to leverage emerging technologies to drive business value and enhance efficiency.
- Manage budgets and resources for custom development projects, including forecasting, budgeting, and tracking spending.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, and partners, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in custom development.
**To be successful in this role you will have**:
- A bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. computer science, engineering, management information systems)
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on custom development
- Demonstrated success in delivering in an agile environment (I.e., SCRUM, SAFe etc.)
- Demonstrated success in managing and delivering custom solutions
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience working with external vendors and partners
- Familiarity with airline systems is a plus
