We have a fantastic permanent opportunity for an enthusiastic and hands-on People Partner to join and support the Cartology business.

This is a unique opportunity to impact our business performance through your exceptional partnering ability and talent in identifying opportunities to enhance organisational effectiveness. You will play an active role in the Cartology business, partnering with the team to support the delivery of HR lifecycle activities and EVP initiatives.

**About the Opportunity
**This role will be responsible for driving value for the business by working within an agile framework to deliver initiatives aligned to our purpose and strategy reporting to the People Lead.

The role will be responsible for business partnering with Cartology and key responsibilities include:

- Partnering with the People Lead to identify and prioritise key capabilities to provide career experiences to support the attraction and retention of talent, specifically supporting the evolution of our business as we enable growth
- Partnering with People Practices and Tribes to translate business requirements into scalable, fit for purpose initiatives to accelerate our capability ambitions
- Being responsible for the monitoring, awareness and activation of VOT plans
- Being responsible for tracking people data and interpreting into actionable insights
- Lead People-related comms to find purposeful moments for our teams to connect and engage with them
- Support with Employee Lifecycle eg. recruitment, onboarding, employee relations coaching and influencing stakeholders to ensure a positive team experience
- Support with the implementation of the Group Platform Model and involvement in change management required to land transformational programmes of work
- Lead communication and reporting to the People Teams and Line Leaders on the Tribes agenda, prioritisation and any gaps/help needed

Working in an agile environment, you will be supported by a flexible and adaptive, high performing People team. You will have great exposure to large scale people initiatives through participation in people tribes and squads.

We’re looking for a hands-on and values-driven Business Partner who enjoys working in a fast paced environment This role will suit a junior HR professional with strong HR foundations, great attention to detail and excellent communication.

You will have a passion for understanding your stakeholders; mastery in embedding yourself into their world as a trusted and collaborative partner and consistently focussed on delivering impact and a positive team experience. You have previously demonstrated the ability to leverage commercial acumen, judgement and data /insights to inform strategic decisions.

Engaging and dealing with stakeholders holds no secret for you You have an exceptional ability to build lasting relationships and partner with stakeholders across all levels of an organisation - a skill that has been developed through your previous experience in an HR role.
