**About the role**

**Salary**: Clerk Grade 5/6, Salary ($93,295.00 - $102,941.00 pa), plus superannuation and annual leave loading

**Position Type**: Ongoing - Full time

**Location**: Haymarket & Strawberry Hills (flexible working location available)

We are seeking a highly motivated and pro-active Business Support Officer to provide high-level business administrative support to the Community Industry & Capacity (CIC). In this role you will develop and implement efficient and effective work practices and procedures to enhance the business support services provided to the Commercial Management Director.

In this role, you are required to utilise your proven experience and knowledge to meet the high demands of this role efficiently and effectively. You will be required to use your initiative and judgement, exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive issues. Your can-do attitude, confidence, customer service and business admin skills will help you stand out above the rest.

**Essential requirements**
- Current and valid car driving licence and willingness to travel within NSW
- Willing to undertake intrastate travel with overnight stays as determined

**About you**:
- Microsoft/Excel proficient
- Experience managing databases and record keeping
- Structured approach to daily operations to support senior management

**About Us**

Corrective Services NSW (CSNSW) delivers professional correctional services and programs to reduce the risk of re-offending and enhance public safety. It serves a key function of the NSW Justice sector by providing effective, safe and humane management of offenders both in custody and in the community CSNSW also works in partnership with other government and community agencies to ensure that offenders and their families are supported.
