**The Organisation**:
The opportunity for an experienced executive assistant to support Australia’s response to various ecological, environmental, and sustainability issues has been made available. Critical in the decision-making process and regulatory structures surrounding how the community impacts on the climate and landscape.

**The Role**:

- Provide an excellent level of executive assistance functionality within a fast-paced department.
- Construct and publish excellent quality and detailed documents for circulation upon request
- Manage a dynamic and changing diary, organising meetings, travel, supplies, and transportation
- Develop and transform relationships, constructing professional and profitable partnerships.
- Execute high value leadership, contributing to positive and response workplace culture and communication practices.

**The Ideal Applicant**:

- You will have outstanding organisation, time management, and communication.
- You will be highly qualified in Office Suite systems such as Microsoft 365 and data management systems
- You will be able to exercise the highest degree of integrity, always maintaining confidentiality and privacy.
- You will be an excellent team player, as well as being able to work autonomously on your own.
- You will have outstanding written, verbal, and communication skills.
