**The role**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- You will support the assessment team in the delivery and administration of the assessments, in a professional manner and ensuring everything runs on time.
- Be the lead to administer the registration processes, scheduling of assessments and the publication of the results.
- Show us your top-notch organisation skills and prepare agendas, minutes and briefing papers.
- If you love to plan travel, then great news You'll be assisting with the booking of travel logistics for stakeholders.
- We also need to you to make sure that any online meetings run smoothly.
- We will ask that you plan some delicious catering for some events and meetings.
- With great attention to detail, keep our records up to date, including trainee files and our standard operating procedures.

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- We would love you to have experience in Student administration or student services experience. If you've worked in a membership, health service or University environment then even better
- Experience or knowledge of the post-graduate assessment or examination environment is highly desirable.
- Excellent administration and organisational skills.
- **Eligibility Requirement**: Applicants must be either an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or a New Zealand citizen.
