**The Role**: We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to help manage the day-to-day administrative tasks, support scheduling, and assist in lead generation activities. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working from both home and our office, making it ideal for someone looking to balance their professional life with personal commitments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Scheduling**: Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and staff, ensuring calendars are well-organized and up to date.
- **Lead Generation**: Assist the team with identifying potential clients, tracking leads, and following up on inquiries, helping to grow our business.
- **Customer Service**: Respond to client inquiries and support customer engagement to ensure high satisfaction.
- **General Office Tasks**: Maintain supplies and inventory, manage office correspondence, and handle other day-to-day office management tasks.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Experience**: 2+ years of experience in an administrative assistant or office support role.
- **Strong Organizational Skills**: You’re a natural multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has excellent attention to detail.
- **Scheduling Savvy**: You have experience managing calendars and scheduling appointments with precision.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Comfortable with using office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace), CRM systems, and willing to learn new tools.
- **Lead Generation Skills**: Experience in supporting business development, identifying potential clients, and assisting in lead management.
- **Self-Motivated**: You’re proactive, able to work independently, and meet deadlines.
- **Hybrid Flexibility**: You can manage time effectively between home-based and in-office work.
