A fantastic opportunity at nbn, Australia’s largest infrastructure project, as the Strategy Manager reporting to the General Manager, Industry Intelligence & Development, where you will join the Industry Intelligence & Development team, a key pillar within the Strategic Services business unit.

The focus of this team is twofold (i) identify, develop and support strategic projects and partnerships with relevant nbn business units and industry stakeholders and (ii) provide industry intelligence across the eco-system to ensure that nbn has a forward-looking view for market impacting events and these insights lead to action within the broader company.

A bit about the role

As the Strategy Manager, you will be responsible to identify, lead and support strategic projects. This will be a high-impact role working cross-functionally within nbn.

You are to complete detailed financial analysis and business case development to support short and longer-term strategic initiatives. These initiatives will provide insightful findings & recommendations, clearly outlining opportunities / threats, strategic options & trade-offs.

Moreover, this will be an opportunity for you to develop and support corporate strategy inputs for stakeholder reports, the corporate plan, war games and board presentations.

A bit about you

You will be an authentic leader, a strong communicator, have an excellent ability to influence and engage at all business levels. Additionally, you will possess excellent problem solving and analytical capabilities, with a creative and aspirational mindset.

A Bachelor’s degree qualification plus additional Business Studies/MBA or a related discipline would be valuable.
