**Selection Criteria**:
1. Personal integrity and demonstrated commitment to the Philosophy, Mission and Values of Mary Aikenhead Ministries and St Vincent’s Health Australia.

2. Minimum two years’ experience working in a senior level administrative support role (personal assistant, executive assistant, office management)

4. Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

5. Exemplary planning, organisational and time management skills - with the ability to prioritise and often re-prioritise tasks.

6. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a member of a team whilst undertaking a diverse range of tasks with limited direction, within a high-pressure, high-volume work environment

7. Demonstrated ability to adhere to and always maintain confidentiality and act with discretion.

8. Demonstrated proficiency in secretariat duties for committees including taking minutes, preparing agendas, documentation and reports.
