**Your new role**:
Join Vinnies as **full-time Store Manager**, responsible for overseeing the busy retail operations in **Surry Hills 2010 and Burwood 3125.** Your ability to lead, coach and inspire the team are vital to ensuring continued growth and make Vinnies stores as the place to be for lovers of good quality vintage items.

**Your responsibilities in your new role**:

- Leading, growing and developing a team of paid employees and volunteers
- Ensuring extraordinary customer service is provided to every customer, every time
- Embedding exceptional operational and visual merchandise standards
- Meeting and exceeding sales and KPI performance of the store
- Champion the voice of the donor by upholding the highest standards in product sorting, pricing, and placement
- Building and supporting the volunteer workforce and engaging with the local community
- Role-modelling a 'safety first' culture in store
- Use the company’s mission and values to support decision making, act as a brand advocate inside and outside of the store

**To be successful in this role, you will need**:

- Experience in managing retail stores, preferably fashion, and/or high volume retail **OR**:

- Strong leadership potentials; with good fashion sense
- Strong focus on customer experience
- Proven people management skills or Experience in managing people, training and coaching
- Proven ability to track store sales performance and drive team towards meeting sales targets
