This is a 6-month Fixed Term contract opportunity.

The Opportunity

As the Administration Assistant – Marketing Team you will provide a high level of administrative support to the Marketing team and function. Reporting into the VP, Brand Development, this role is key in providing support to our regional brand marketing team.

Some of the key duties of the role include:

Co-ordination of consumer and market research activities Support with administration of the marketing budget including raising purchase orders, assist with reconciliations, and general administration and event organisation. Provide support with planning and delivery of team events or VIP visits Organise marketing samples, including courier pickups and collect/clear daily mail Manage the internal document systems for the business Ensure the Team Lead receives support, including travel booking and coordination

What's in your toolkit?

To enable you to hit the ground running, we're looking for someone who brings:

Previous administration experience within FMCG or marketing; or a recent graduate looking for a step into a marketing team with previous administrator experience Takes a proactive approach – able to think on your feet to work to solve problems Confident user of Microsoft Office Suite with strong attention to detail SAP experience would be advantageous Has experience adapting to different priorities and juggling a variety of tasks A welcoming and engaging personality that listens to the needs and wants of the team and stakeholders to assess the best way to deliver
