- We are inviting doctors to complete thier Basic Physicians Training Yr 3 in 2024. We offer a structured training program designed around maximising your training and education prior to exams and ensuring you have a breadth of experience in both General and Specialty Medicine prior to commencing advanced training.
- The Royal Melbourne Hospital is part of the Greater Western Basic Physician Training Consortium (GWC). The objectives of the GWC are to improve, and make more equitable, the standard of basic physician training across all of its member health services - and for this to be reflected in the quality and adequacy of the basic physician trainee workforce in the GWC.

**About you**
- 24 months as Basic Physician Trainee recognised by RACP prior to commencement
- Strong leadership skills and willingness and ability to supervise and mentor Interns and Hospital Medical Officers
- Commitment to sitting written and clinical exam in 2024
- Commitment to working by the Royal Melbourne values at all times
