**About the Role**
An exciting opportunity to join BOQ Business Bank as a Portfolio and Pricing Manager on a permanent full-time basis.

***As a **Portfolio & Pricing Manager** at BOQ Group, you will be a vital part of the Business Lending Product team, focusing on supporting business lending divisions. Your role will involve reviewing and decisioning pricing requests, modelling campaign benefits, and maintaining key controls and models across the Business Lending portfolio. You will also provide expertise on portfolio performance ensuring alignment with team objectives.

Key Accountabilities include:

- Reviewing and decisioning pricing requests for commercial and asset finance lending from banker, broker & owner manager channels.
- Assessing and modelling the benefit of campaigns and monitoring the performance of our campaigns.
- Ongoing monitoring of margin and controls.
- Maintain an understanding of the Business Lending portfolio and provide insights on its contribution to the balance sheet

This position reports directly to the Head of Business Lending Product and does not have direct reports.
**About you**
You have a strong analytical mindset and are able to turn analysis into insights that tell a powerful story. You're a team player who loves to get involved, works well with others with a can-do attitude. You're well versed within the financial services industry (preferably within banking) with relevant work experience at a financial institution, and are keen to progress your knowledge of business banking and product to the next level.
