Financial Planning Analyst

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Manage the financial forecast / budget for the Fintech business portfolios:

- Signature and Digital Access
- Westpac Digital Banking - Managed Services
- Business partner directly with the Sales, Delivery, Accounting, Legal and Offshore Technical (FGS) teams to provide timely insightful financial information to enable tracking of business performance and identifying risks and opportunities.
- Review the headcount movement with Project Managers (PMs) and HR teams.
- Work closely with Program Management Office and PMs for monthly Professional Services revenue forecast.
- Upload the revenue and expense forecast into the SAP BPC system.
- Update actual revenue and expense of each product onto their forecast workbooks after month end closing.
- Review the Internal Deal Review Board templates for Statements of Works and Professional Service Agreements to ensure charges rates, costs and margin accuracy.
- Review financial aspects of client contracts.
- Approval of sales in Salesforce eCRM once the opportunity is closed ensuring the sales Total Contract Value, Average Contract Value and Income Recognition are correct as per the contract.
- Review Westpac Digital revenue recognition and monthly client billing
- Assist the Senior Payments and Fintech Analyst with analytical and forecast activities.
- Perform ad hoc analysis as required
- Local administrator and operational contact for banking activity including online banking, set up and maintenance of signatories, operational point of contact for banking relationships.
- Calculation and administration of collateral and prefunding requirements of Fiserv Network members.
- Assist with cash management including:

- Daily cash position.
- Weekly cash forecast
- Monthly cash forecast
- Other short\medium and long-term forecasting as required.
- Internal and external reporting requirements, including internal end of month reporting balance reporting and RBA Liquidity Reporting.
- Authorise the Corporate Online payments and Payments Plus as required.

**Experience and Skills**:

- 3+ years of Financial Analysis experience, in a large complex business.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and dealing with stakeholders.
- Proactive and positive approach with a can-do attitude.
- Enjoying working in a fast paced, complex environment.
- Desire to learn and make a difference.
- A highly inquisitive nature and high level of attention to detail and investigative skills.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Excellent Excel skills required. Experience with BPC, AO, SAP.
- Recognised professional degree (CA/CPA) or equivalent preferred.

Industry experience:

- Prior experience in Payments, Technology, Financial Institutions, Fintech, Consumer, FMCG, Pharmaceutical, Telecommunications.
