Yaama Tech is seeking a Corporate Service Manager to spearhead our company's operations. In this role, you will oversee day-to-day activities, drive strategic initiatives, ensure operational efficiency, and maintain client satisfaction. Your leadership will be pivotal in guiding our team towards achieving company objectives. We are looking for a dynamic individual with a proven track record in managing operations, teams, and driving business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1- Strategic Leadership:

- Develop and execute strategic plans to propel Yaama Tech towards its goals.
- Collaborate closely with the CEO to align company objectives with broader strategies.

2- Operational Management:

- Oversee daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Streamline business processes to enhance productivity and operational excellence.
- Manage resources and budgets to ensure financial health and sustainable growth.
- Represent the organization in official capacities and engage in negotiations, conventions, and forums.

3- Team Leadership and Development:

- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.
- Mentor and support team members to help them achieve their professional aspirations.
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and performance evaluations to enhance team performance.

4- Client Relations and Business Development:

- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships to understand and fulfill their needs.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our market presence.
- Develop and implement client engagement strategies to enhance customer retention.

5- Project Management:

- Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring adherence to quality, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth project execution.

6- Compliance and Risk Management:

- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and legal requirements.
- Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks and safeguard the company's interests.

7- Technology and Innovation:

- Leverage emerging technologies to enhance business processes and drive innovation.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and technologies to maintain Yaama Tech's competitive edge.

8- Contractor Hiring and Management:

- Recruit and onboard offshore contractors, ensuring alignment with organizational needs.
- Manage contractor relationships to ensure seamless integration and high-quality work delivery.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in both English and Farsi.
- Strong network within the IT industry in Iran.
- Experience in the software solution industry.
- Previous experience as a General Manager with a focus on operations, team management, and business growth.
- Proven track record of leading and managing teams effectively.
- Expertise in operational management and client relationship management.
- Knowledge of compliance regulations and risk management practices.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
