**Executive Assistant**
- Ongoing full time opportunity.
- Clerk Grade 5/6 with base salary starting at $93,295 + 11% superannuation and leave loading.
- Based in Sydney CBD

Digital NSW is part of the NSW Department of Customer Service group. Digital NSW has newly developed Identity NSW which is about coordinating whole of government approach for Digital Identity and greater identity resilience.

**About the role**

Digital.NSW is looking for an Executive Assistant to join their team. In this role you will provide a range of executive, secretarial, project and administrative support services.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Act as the point-of-contact for the Executive Director Identity NSW
- Analyse and prioritise requests, and initiate action to facilitate the optimal use of the Executive’s time.
- Manage diary appointments, records and correspondence, coordinate travel arrangements and schedule meetings for the Executive.
- Draft and prepare correspondence, agendas, minutes, presentations and briefing notes to support the achievement of business requirements.
- Assist in the research, collation and coordination of reports, advice and briefings on complex policy and operational matters to support informed decision-making and planning.
- Develop and maintain liaison relationships between the other Divisional Branches, relevant Cluster EAs and key internal and external stakeholders by providing positive and efficient client service to ensure the provision of accurate information and to support ongoing key relationships.
- Deliver varying administrative duties to support the Executive.

**About you**
- Experience providing executive support to senior executives.
- Highly organised with an ability to prioritise task and with strong attention to detail.
- Good understanding of digital communication methods.
- Strong MS Office skills particularly PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
